The hotel, the staff, the location are all absolutely PERFECT!! Our condo of rooms was right across the street from the hotels restaurant, which was also beachfront and only feet from the ocean. Absolutely paradise!! Would be great if they offered an all inclusive stay, but it sure won't deter me from going back. The rooms were all starch white, super clean, and very comfortable. The staff is AMAZING!! They were all very friendly, accommodating, and will help with whatever they can. They are also very knowledgeable about the area and attractions. They helped plan our outings and suggested things for us to see and do. The size of our room was bigger than what we had thought. 2 comfy queen sized beds. Fridge, coffee maker, large balcony, and big bathroom. Was all very nice! I LOVE this hotel and I can't wait to go back! I will definitely stay here again. And, we had a baby sloth in the tree off of our balcony. Completely amazing!!

Absolutely everything! The room (junior pool suite) was large and spotless - totally white decor with 2 coloured cushions that were changed each day. Breakfast was buffet on the weekend and menu choice on weekdays. The restaurant had 2 excellent chefs and the pizzas were great, also I had a burger that was offered med-rare (unlike the incinerated European regulated ones) which was one of the best I have eaten. Hotel staff were great, you genuinely felt like you were amongst friends. Daniel (evening reception) was a pleasure to know, but all the staff were a credit to the HR team. The morning Yoga is a must! I tried Yoga for the first time and am now a convert. It is included in the room price but a tip always helps. The position of the hotel means that you can walk in both directions on the beach for miles.

The hotel needs to sell itself better as the hotel is much bigger and more beautiful than presented. It is in an excellent location, has 2 pools and one warmer one. The beach is the highlight of the place and the amount of sloths EVERYWHERE(!!). So much wild life around. Breakfast was excellent and we ended spending hours every day at the beach and ocean with so many beds to sun bath. Only issue I would say is how expensive the bar is - like ridiculous expensive but again it is not really part of the booking anyway. Main staff member (tall lady) was very lovely so thumbs up to her. Kids loved it and it really was worth the money. Downside - there is a type of bird there (small and brown) that likes to wake everyone up around 6:30AM - good luck :)

Stylish luxury completely immersed in nature. The restaurant and beachclub with second pool at the oceanfront are amazing and have delicious choices One out of 5 higher class hotels we stayed at during our 2 week trip and we all liked it best. The combination with a huge private beach area is perfect. We liked to see some agutis on the property. I got cake with candles, singing waiters and balloonflowers for my birthday! Good to know: you need to cross a street between hotel and restaurant/beachclub/ocean.

The hotel is one of the nicest in the area. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the setting of the jungle is beautiful and the rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Gigi’s restaurant has a really good menu and the food is tasty and high quality. The hotel has several pools and a beach club that is a perfectly chilled out place to relax so there is something for everyone. I would highly recommend.
